HOW TO USE JOHANNESÖRT SALUS

Adults and the elderly: 1 bag of St. John’s wort Salus herbal tea is prepared for tea and eaten morning and evening.

The tea should be prepared as follows: Pour boiling water (about 150 ml) over 1 bag of herbal tea and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.

Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years.
