Topogyne – Misoprostol uses, dose and side effects
Topogyne tablets contain misoprostol, which is similar to a substance called prostaglandin that the body naturally produces. Misoprostol triggers contractions in the uterus and softens the cervix. For medical abortion: Topogyne is used after taking another medicine called mifepristone. It should be taken no later than 49 days after the first day of the last menstrual cycle.
