What Tiger Balsam White is and what it is used for
Tiger Balsam White is an ointment used for:
- treatment of temporary muscle pain or pain associated with stretches and sprains/sprains.
- relief of discomfort from uncomplicated insect bites.
- relief of symptoms in the upper respiratory tract during colds.
- relief of discomfort in tension headaches.
It is not completely clear how Tiger Balsam White works. Camphor, levomenthol, and essential oils are believed to locally increase blood flow and exert a mild analgesic effect. Initially, a cooling effect is obtained, which is accompanied by a feeling of warmth, which can indirectly divert pain and aches.
