1. What Icomas is and what it is used for
Intended for diagnosis of your lung function only. Icomas should only be used in patients who are able to perform the test, regardless of age.
2. What you need to know before using Icomas
Children and young people
This product should be used with caution in children. Talk to your doctor or nurse before using this medicine.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Icomas should only be used during pregnancy when absolutely necessary.
Icomas can be used during the breastfeeding period, but should not be used at the time of breastfeeding.
3. How to use Icomas
Icomas should only be used in conjunction with performing lung function tests. You should follow the instructions given to you by the staff conducting the survey.
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or nurse has told you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or nurse.
If you use more Icomas than you should
If you have used too much of this product, you may experience symptoms of having too little oxygen in the blood, such as decreased consciousness, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and blurred vision, chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, or other vague symptoms.
If you experience any of these symptoms, tell your healthcare provider immediately and discontinue Icomas.
Safety instructions
- Icomas is for medical use only.
- Smoking and open flames must not occur in rooms where the product is used.
If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your doctor or nurse.
4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
There are no known side effects associated with the use of Icomas.

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse. This also applies to any side effects not mentioned in this information. You can also report side effects directly to the Medical Products Agency. By reporting side effects, you can help increase drug safety information.
5. How to store Icomas
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Store the bottle in a locked compartment, intended for medical gases. Do not expose to strong heat.
Carried to safety in case of fire. Handle with Care. Returned with 5 bar overpressure.
Gas cylinders must be stored and transported with the valve closed and the protective nut fitted.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the bottle label.
