1. What Baldrian-Dispert Forte is and what it is used for
Valerian-Dispert Forte is an herbal medicine designed to relieve temporary insomnia and temporary mild anxiety.
2. What you need to know before taking Baldrian-Dispert Forte
Do not take Baldrian-Dispert Forte:
- if you are allergic to a turnip or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
Warnings and cautions
It is not known how specific medical conditions affect or are affected by treatment with Baldrian-Dispert Forte.
Therefore, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Baldrian-Dispert Forte
- if you have any chronic illness
- if you have or have previously had impaired liver or kidney function.
Children and young people
Valerian-Dispert Forte should not be given to children under 12 years of age.
Other medicines and Baldrian-Dispert Forte
Do not use other sleeping pills or sedatives at the same time as Baldrian-Dispert Forte without talking to a doctor first.
In case of contact with a doctor or other healthcare professional, remember to tell them that you are taking or have recently taken Baldrian-Dispert Forte.
Valerian-Disper Forte with alcohol
Avoid alcoholic beverages when taking this medicine, as the effects may be exacerbated.

Valerian-Dispert Forte should not be used by pregnant or lactating women as there is a lack of experience.
Driving and using machines
Valerian-Dispert Forte may impair the ability to drive and use machines. Therefore, if you feel affected by Baldrian-Dispert Forte, avoid driving and handling machinery.

Valerian-Dispert Forte contains lactose and sucrose

3. How to take Baldrian-Dispert Forte
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
Valerian-Dispert Forte tablets should be swallowed whole with liquid and should not be chewed.
The usual dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
- Temporary insomnia: 1-4 tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary, the dose can be increased, so that 1-4 tablets are taken earlier in the evening, followed by 1-4 tablets half an hour before bedtime.
- Temporary mild anxiety: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.
Maximum 8 tablets per day.
Contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve during treatment.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.

5. How to store Baldrian-Dispert Forte
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not store above 30 ° C.
