1. What Galieve Peppermint is and what it is used for

Galieve Peppermint forms a protective mass that floats on top of the stomach contents. This mass counteracts the accumulation of acidic stomach contents and relieves the burning sensation behind the sternum and the feeling of discomfort in the throat and mouth. Heartburn may occur after meals (eg when eating fatty or spicy foods), during pregnancy, or in patients with symptoms related to inflammation of the esophagus (eg difficulty and/or pain when swallowing, cold sores, vomiting).

Galieve Peppermint is used for acid reflux, heartburn, and indigestion (associated with reflux), for example after meals, during pregnancy, or in patients with symptoms related to reflux esophagitis ( inflammation of the esophagus).
