cautions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you suffer from any of the following, Duloxetine Sandoz may not be right for you.&nbsp;Talk to your doctor before taking Duloxetine Sandoz if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>taking other medicines for depression (see &#8220;Other medicines and Duloxetine Sandoz&#8221;)<\/li><li>takes&nbsp;St. John&#8217;s wort, a herbal medicine (&nbsp;<em>Hypericum perforatum<\/em>&nbsp;)<\/li><li>have kidney disease<\/li><li>have had seizures (seizures)<\/li><li>have had mania<\/li><li>have&nbsp;bipolar disorder<\/li><li>have eye problems, such as a certain type of&nbsp;glaucoma&nbsp;(increased pressure in the eye)<\/li><li>have previously had bleeding disorders (tendency to get bruises)<\/li><li>is at risk for low sodium levels (for class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children and young people under 18 years of age<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Duloxetine Sandoz should not normally be used in the treatment of children and adolescents under 18 years of age.&nbsp;The risk of&nbsp;side effects&nbsp;such as suicide attempts, suicidal thoughts, and hostility (mainly aggression, defiance, and anger) is greater in patients under 18 years of age when Duloxetine Sandoz, duloxetine, is used in other medicines for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>disease state:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>painful diabetic neuropathy<\/li><li>Depression<\/li><li>anxiety pregnancy, the risk of a serious condition called&nbsp;persistent pulmonary&nbsp;hypertension&nbsp;in the newborn (PPHN) may increase.&nbsp;This condition causes the baby to breathe faster and look
