What you need to know before taking Descovy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do not take Descovy:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>If you are allergic<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>emtricitabine, tenofoviralafenamide<\/strong>, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6 of the Package Descovy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children and young people<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do not give this medicine to children<\/strong>&nbsp;aged 11 years or younger, or who weigh less than 35 kg.&nbsp;The use of Descovy in children aged 11 years and younger has not been studied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other drugs and Descovy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tell your
