days.&nbsp;Your doctor may then decide that&nbsp;dose&nbsp;one should be increased up to the daily maintenance&nbsp;dose&nbsp;of 80 mg -100 mg.&nbsp;The maximum daily&nbsp;dose&nbsp;that your doctor
