and children from 2 years of age) with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>invasive\u00a0aspergillosis\u00a0(a type of fungal infection caused by\u00a0<em>Aspergillus sp<\/em>\u00a0)<\/li><li>candidemia\u00a0(another type of fungal infection caused by\u00a0<em>Candida sp<\/em>\u00a0) in non-neutropenic\u00a0patients (patients without abnormally low\u00a0white blood cell counts\u00a0)<\/li><li>severe invasive\u00a0<em>Candida sp.\u00a0<\/em>infection\u00a0when the fungus is resistant to\u00a0fluconazole\u00a0(another antifungal medicine)<\/li><li>severe fungal doctor, pharmacist, or nurse before using Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>you have previously had an\u00a0allergic reaction\u00a0to other azoles<\/li><li>you have or have previously had liver disease.\u00a0If you have liver disease, the doctor may prescribe a lower\u00a0dose\u00a0of Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi.\u00a0The doctor must also check your liver function through blood tests during the time you are treated with Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi<\/li><li>you have a known disease of the heart muscle, irregular heartbeats, slow heartbeats, or an\u00a0ECG\u00a0change called &#8220;long QTc syndrome&#8221;.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid all sunlight and exposure to the sun while you are being treated.&nbsp;It is important to cover exposed areas of the skin and to use sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF), as the skin can become more sensitive to the sun&#8217;s UV rays.&nbsp;These precautions also apply to children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While you are being treated with Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>tell your doctor immediately if you receive<ul><li>sun damage<\/li><li>skin rash or blisters<\/li><li>bone pain<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you develop the above skin problems, your doctor may refer you to a dermatologist who, after a consultation, may decide that it is important for you to be examined regularly.\u00a0There is a small risk of developing skin cancer during long-term use of Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tell your doctor if you develop signs of &#8216;adrenal insufficiency.\u00a0This means that the adrenal glands do not produce enough of certain steroid hormones such as\u00a0cortisol, which can lead to symptoms such as\u00a0chronic\u00a0or prolonged fatigue, muscle weakness, loss of appetite, weight loss, and abdominal pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talk to your doctor if Kabi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take any other medicines, even those without a prescription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some medicines can affect or be affected by the simultaneous use of Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines, as Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi should not be taken at the same time if it can be avoided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ritonavir (for the treatment of&nbsp;HIV&nbsp;) in a&nbsp;dose&nbsp;of 100 mg twice daily<\/li><li>glasdegib (for cancer treatment) &#8211; if you need to be treated with both medicines, your doctor will check your heart rhythm frequently.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines, as concomitant treatment with Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi should be avoided if possible, and dose adjustment of voriconazole may be necessary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>rifabutin (for the treatment of\u00a0tuberculosis\u00a0).\u00a0If you are already being treated with rifabutin, your blood values \u200b\u200band\u00a0side effects\u00a0must be monitored.<\/li><li>phenytoin\u00a0(for the treatment of\u00a0epilepsy\u00a0).\u00a0If you are already being treated with\u00a0phenytoin, the concentration of\u00a0phenytoin\u00a0in the blood must be monitored during treatment with Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi and the\u00a0dose\u00a0may need to be adjusted.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines as a dose adjustment or control may need to be done to ensure that these medicines and\/or Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi still have the desired up to 69 mg of\u00a0sodium\u00a0(the main ingredient in common\/table salt) per\u00a0vial.\u00a0This corresponds to 3.45% of the maximum recommended daily intake for adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voriconazole Fresenius Kabi contains a cyclodextrin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This medicine contains 2660 mg of cyclodextrin per\u00a0vial.\u00a0If you have kidney
