effect of\u00a0angiotensin\u00a0II.\u00a0This leads to\u00a0vessels\u00a0dilating and\u00a0blood pressure\u00a0falling.<\/li><li><strong>Hydrochlorothiazide<\/strong>\u00a0belongs to a group of drugs to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Valsartore Comp<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>if you are taking potassium-sparing medicines, potassium supplements, salt substitutes containing&nbsp;potassium&nbsp;or other medicines that increase the amount of&nbsp;potassium&nbsp;in the blood, for example&nbsp;heparin&nbsp;.&nbsp;Your doctor may need to check the amount of&nbsp;potassium&nbsp;in your blood regularly<\/li><li>if you have low levels of potassium in your blood<\/li><li>if you have diarrhea or severe vomiting<\/li><li>if you take high&nbsp;doses&nbsp;of water-reducing tablets (&nbsp;diuretics&nbsp;)<\/li><li>if you have a serious heart condition<\/li><li>if you have&nbsp;heart failure&nbsp;or have had a heart attack.&nbsp;Follow your doctor&#8217;s especially if you have diabetes-related kidney problems<\/li><li>the aliskiren.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>if you have previously had breathing or lung problems (including&nbsp;inflammation&nbsp;or fluid in the lungs) after taking&nbsp;hydrochlorothiazide&nbsp;.&nbsp;If you experience severe shortness of breath or severe breathing problems after taking Valsartore Comp, seek medical attention Comp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The treatment effect can be affected if Valsartore Comp is taken together with certain other medicines.&nbsp;It may be necessary to change the&nbsp;dose&nbsp;, take other precautions or, in some cases, stop treatment with one of the drugs.&nbsp;This applies in particular to the following medicines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>lithium, a medicine used to treat certain types of mental illness<\/li><li>medicines or substances that can increase the amount of&nbsp;potassium&nbsp;in the blood.&nbsp;These include potassium supplements, salt substitutes containing&nbsp;potassium&nbsp;, potassium-sparing drugs, and&nbsp;heparin<\/li><li>medicines that can reduce the amount of&nbsp;potassium&nbsp;in the blood, e.g.&nbsp;diuretics&nbsp;(water tablets),&nbsp;corticosteroids&nbsp;,&nbsp;laxatives&nbsp;, carbenoxolone, amphotericin or penicillin G<\/li><li>certain&nbsp;antibiotics&nbsp;(rifamycin group), a medicine used to protect against transplant rejection (ciclosporin) or an antiretroviral medicine for&nbsp;HIV&nbsp;\/AIDS&nbsp;infection&nbsp;(ritonavir).&nbsp;These medicines can increase the effect of Valsartore Comp<\/li><li>medicines that can cause &#8220;torsades de pointes&#8221; (irregular heart rhythm), e.g.&nbsp;antiarrhythmics&nbsp;(medicines used to treat heart problems) and some antipsychotics<\/li><li>medicines that can reduce the amount of&nbsp;sodium&nbsp;in the blood, e.g.&nbsp;antidepressants, antipsychotics and&nbsp;antiepileptics<\/li><li>medicines for&nbsp;gout&nbsp;, e.g.&nbsp;allopurinol, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone<\/li><li>therapeutic&nbsp;vitamin D&nbsp;and&nbsp;calcium supplements<\/li><li>diabetes medications (oral agents, eg&nbsp;metformin&nbsp;or&nbsp;insulin&nbsp;er)<\/li><li>other antihypertensive drugs including methyldopa,&nbsp;ACE inhibitors&nbsp;(such as&nbsp;enalapril&nbsp;, lisinopril, etc.) or aliskiren<\/li><li>medicines to increase&nbsp;blood pressure&nbsp;et, e.g.&nbsp;norepinephrine&nbsp;or&nbsp;adrenaline<\/li><li>digoxin&nbsp;or other&nbsp;digitalis glycosides&nbsp;(medicines used to treat heart problems)<\/li><li>medicines that increase blood sugar, e.g.&nbsp;diazoxide or&nbsp;beta blockers<\/li><li>cytotoxic drugs (used to treat cancer), e.g.&nbsp;methotrexate or cyclophosphamide<\/li><li>pain relievers such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (&nbsp;NSAIDs&nbsp;), including selective&nbsp;cyclooxygenase&nbsp;2 inhibitors (COX 2 inhibitors) and&nbsp;aspirin&nbsp;more than 3 grams<\/li><li>muscle relaxants, class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valsartore Comp with food, drink and alcohol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can take Valsartore Comp regardless of meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid drinking alcohol until you have spoken to your doctor.&nbsp;Alcohol can lower&nbsp;blood pressure&nbsp;further and\/or increase the risk of you becoming dizzy or fainting.<a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you think you are pregnant (or become pregnant) during treatment, contact your doctor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your doctor will usually suggest that you stop taking Valsartore Comp before pregnancy or as soon as you know you are pregnant and instead recommend another medicine for you.&nbsp;Valsartore Comp should not be used in early pregnancy and should unsure.<a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valsartore Comp contains lactose and sodium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have an intolerance to some sugars, you should consult your doctor before taking this medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This medicine contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg)&nbsp;of sodium&nbsp;per tablet, i.e.&nbsp;is almost &#8220;sodium-free&#8221;.<br><a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use Valsartore Comp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Always take this medicine as directed by your doctor.&nbsp;Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People with high&nbsp;blood pressure&nbsp;often do not experience any symptoms of this.&nbsp;Many feel as usual.&nbsp;It is therefore important that you go to your doctor&#8217;s appointments as planned, breathing<\/li><li>severe skin disease causing skin rash,&nbsp;redness&nbsp;, blisters on the lips, eyes or mouth, peeling, fever (&nbsp;toxic epidermal necrolysis&nbsp;)<\/li><li>vision loss or pain in your eyes due to high pressure (possible signs of fluid accumulation in the eye (between the choroid and the sclera) or&nbsp;acute&nbsp;narrow-angle glaucoma&nbsp;)<\/li><li>fever, sore throat, more frequent&nbsp;infections&nbsp;(&nbsp;agranulocytosis&nbsp;)<\/li><li>acute&nbsp;respiratory distress syndrome (signs of this are severe shortness of breath, fever, weakness and
