(SCARs) that can be life-threatening or fatal have been reported in very rare cases during treatment with this medicine.&nbsp;These usually appear as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stevens-Johnson syndrome\u00a0(SJS), is a widespread rash with blisters and skin detachment, especially around the mouth, nose, eyes, and genitals<\/li><li>Toxic epidermal lactose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seroquel&nbsp;Depot&nbsp;contains&nbsp;lactose&nbsp;(a sugar).&nbsp;If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seroquel&nbsp;Depot&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>contains&nbsp;sodium<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seroquel\u00a0Depot\u00a050 mg\u00a0prolonged-release tablets, Seroquel\u00a0Depot\u00a0150 mg\u00a0prolonged-release tablets,\u00a0and Seroquel\u00a0Depot\u00a0200 mg\u00a0prolonged-release tablets\u00a0contain less than 1 mmol (23 mg)\u00a0sodium\u00a0per
