combination of fever, severe muscle stiffness, sweating, or decreased consciousness (a condition called malignant neuroleptic syndrome).\u00a0You may need immediate medical be due to a very low\u00a0white\u00a0blood cell count, which may require discontinuation of Seroquel therapy and\/or treatment for\u00a0infection<\/li><li>constipation along with persistent pain in the stomach or constipation that does not respond to treatment, as this can lead to a more severe blockage of the intestine.<\/li><li>Suicidal thoughts and worsening depression you who are depressed can sometimes have thoughts of wanting to hurt yourself or commit suicide.\u00a0These symptoms may worsen when you start treatment, as it takes time for a drug of this type to take effect, usually or fatal have been reported in very rare cases during treatment with this medicine.&nbsp;These usually appear as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stevens-Johnson syndrome\u00a0(SJS), is a widespread rash with blisters and skin detachment, especially around the mouth, nose, eyes, and genitals<\/li><li>Toxic epidermal necrolysis\u00a0(TEN), a more serious form that causes extensive skin detachment<\/li><li>Drug-induced skin rash with\u00a0eosinophilia\u00a0and systemic symptoms (DRESS) consisting of\u00a0flu-like symptoms\u00a0with rash, fever, swollen\u00a0glands,\u00a0and abnormal results of blood tests (including an increase in\u00a0white blood cells\u00a0(\u00a0eosinophilia\u00a0) and liver enzymes).<\/li><li>Acute\u00a0generalized exanthematous\u00a0pustulosis\u00a0(AGEP), problems that may occur when you stop taking the medicine, may occur in newborns of mothers who have used this medicine during the last trimester (the last three months of pregnancy): tremors, muscle lactose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seroquel contains&nbsp;lactose&nbsp;(a sugar).&nbsp;If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seroquel contains&nbsp;sodium<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This medicine contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg)&nbsp;sodium&nbsp;per tablet, ie it is essentially
