use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.\u00a0Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recommended&nbsp;dose&nbsp;is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Adults:<\/em>\u00a0A spray dose in each nostril if necessary up to 3 times daily for a maximum of 7 days.\u00a0Let at least 6 hours pass between two\u00a0doses.\u00a0Do not exceed 3 sprays daily in each nostril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not exceed the indicated&nbsp;dose&nbsp;one.&nbsp;Use the lowest&nbsp;dose&nbsp;needed to achieve the desired
