your doctor or pharmacist before using Otrinex if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>you have high&nbsp;blood pressure<\/li><li>you have cardiovascular disease (eg long&nbsp;QT&nbsp;syndrome)<\/li><li>you have an overactive&nbsp;thyroid gland&nbsp;(&nbsp;hyperthyroidism&nbsp;)<\/li><li>you have&nbsp;diabetes<\/li><li>you have prostate enlargement (&nbsp;prostate hypertrophy&nbsp;)<\/li><li>you have a&nbsp;tumor&nbsp;in the adrenal gland that produces large amounts of&nbsp;adrenaline&nbsp;and&nbsp;norepinephrine&nbsp;(&nbsp;pheochromocytoma&nbsp;)<\/li><li>you are being treated with an antidepressant drug called a&nbsp;monoamine oxidase inhibitor&nbsp;(&nbsp;MAOI&nbsp;) or if you have been using it for the last 2 weeks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not use Otrinex without talking to your doctor or pharmacist if any of the above apply to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People who are sensitive to drugs with an adrenaline-like effect
