rhinitis: hay fever (also called seasonal allergic&nbsp;rhinitis&nbsp;) and&nbsp;perennial&nbsp;rhinitis&nbsp;(&nbsp;allergy&nbsp;to eg mites and fur animals) in adults over 18 years of chloride<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This medicine contains 0.02 mg of benzalkonium chloride per\u00a0dose.\u00a0Benzalkonium chloride may irritate and swell inside the nose, especially with prolonged use of the medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use Orimox<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor, pharmacist or nurse has told you.\u00a0If you are not sure, talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosage\u00a0for adults from 18 years is 2 sprays in each nostril once daily.\u00a0When a good effect has been achieved, the\u00a0dose\u00a0can be reduced to 1 spray in each nostril once a day.\u00a0Do not exceed this\u00a0dosage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some patients, Orimox may begin to relieve symptoms within 12
