has told you.&nbsp;Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recommended&nbsp;dose&nbsp;is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Women: 25 micrograms daily under the tongue without water one hour before bedtime.<\/li><li>Men: 50 micrograms daily under the tongue without water one hour before bedtime.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The lyophilized tablet is placed under the tongue where it dissolves without water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions for use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tear off the entire tab on the short side of a blister card by tearing along the perforation, from the corner with the hand symbol.<\/li><li>Detach a blister from the strip by tearing along the perforation.<\/li><li>Remove the foil on the blister, starting at
