exactly as your doctor has told you.&nbsp;Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dosage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The doctor usually starts the treatment with a low&nbsp;dose&nbsp;and increases it gradually if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Children (over 6 years) and adolescents<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recommended starting dose is 20 mg once daily.&nbsp;On the advice of a doctor, treatment can also start with 10 mg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The highest recommended daily&nbsp;dose&nbsp;is 60 mg to be taken once daily in the morning by patients under 18 years of
