symptoms, talk to your doctor immediately:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You may feel dizzy after the first&nbsp;dose&nbsp;.&nbsp;A few people react to their first&nbsp;dose&nbsp;or when their&nbsp;dosage&nbsp;is increased with dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting or general malaise.<\/li><li>Problems such as&nbsp;dry mouth&nbsp;, thirst, weakness, insomnia, muscle aches or cramps,
